I only ever knew Darcy from Tavistock Athletics Club, she must’ve only been about 7 or 8 but I sometimes helped coach the younger ones or trained with them. I remember her being so vibrant and cheeky and energetic, especially with the coaches (one of them including my dad). I remember being so jealous of her beautiful thick curly hair and how dinky she was in comparison! I can only imagine the wonderful, bubbly, beautiful girl she grew to become ❤️
